Our kindergarten is located in a unique and diverse urban setting in Northern New Jersey. This community strives to help all learners meet their potential regardless of their background. We strive to provide a safe place for students to grow through a variety of methods. The district motto, "That each may learn," reflects this goal and is the hallmark of every classroom and building within the district. My Project
Student engagement and motivation is essential in a productive classroom. As our world changes, so must the academic tools used in school. My kindergarten students crave innovative and engaing opportunities to help motivate effort and trigger excitement.
Using the LCD Boogie Boards will help students have fun while staying focused on solving problems and recording ideas all while being environmentally friendly!
These boogie boards can be utilized during math centers, cooperative groups, individual tasks, spelling, etc. There is nothing greater than to hear students cheer "yay" when I say, "pull out your boogie boards for our math lesson!" I am excited to bring these fascinating and revolutionary boards to my students to help them grow and develop!
