One student immediately began scooping \"ice cream\" for his peers using sentences like \"I want vanilla!\"—a huge step forward for him. \r\n\r\nWe're using these materials daily to support expressive and receptive language goals, promote peer interaction, and help students self-regulate. The sensory items, including stress putty, poppers, and therapy brushes, have been especially helpful in creating a calming corner for students who need a break to reset and refocus.\r\n\r\nWe have been incorporating these tools into small group therapy activities that encourage vocabulary growth, sentence expansion, and social play.
