This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My students are truly my inspiration. They ate creative, caring and very inquisitive. They love challenging work that allows them to think creatively to find solutions to problems. When they come to school, they come willing and ready to dive in and learn new things.
Since I have been their teacher, I have seen my students grow personally, by helping one another achieve greatness and I have seen them grow academically with the data that shows improvement in their test scores.
My Project
Many of my students have not been outside of Atlanta, Georgia. As their teacher, it is my responsibility to give them every learning opportunity that I can and these snacks will enhance their learning capabilities, by ensuring that no student is hungry and the baby wipes and Clorox wipes will help to kill germs as they take their journey from Atlanta to Washington D.C. Students will be able to choose snacks as they get hungry and clean their hands and their surroundings.
With these snacks, my students will be able to choose from a variety of snacks that will allow them to concentrate on the different sites outside and to learn about the different things they will see in Washington.
I love my students and I want the best for them and providing them with these supplies will allow them to rich for the stars.
