Warm Weather Wear!

My Project

My middle school students are kind, fun, creative, and high energy! Fifty percent of our students receive free or reduced-price breakfast and lunch in a normal year and many are facing daily real life challenges that some people can only imagine, even homelessness. We work hard together and strive to help our students feel they are important and loved. Our classroom environment provides a safe, comfortable, and welcoming learning space. Students take pride in their work and are just plain amazing! They walk into the classroom with smiles on their faces, ready to learn, and genuinely happy to be in school. I feel truly honored to be their teacher and always look forward to my time with them.

We need warm weather pants for our supply closet, including various sizes of girl and boy leggings, and sweatpants to cover times of emergency.

For example, I had a young student who fell in the mud, was completely drenched. By having clothes in our closet, we not only can help students that need clothes but also in cases of "accidents", avoiding the need for parents to leave work to pick up their child.

Please help us to equip our supply closet, which we have lovingly named the "Dog House" in honor of our mascot, with multiple sizes of warn boys and girls sweatpants and leggings.
