Help me give my students new toothbrushes, toothpaste, a few pair of new socks, and some bubble gum to have at home. Help me give my students pencils, a pencil sharpener, crayons and a notebook.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My students are the hardest working kids I have met. I teach at a Title 1 school, meaning most of my students are from low income families and, many may not have access to things they need.
I would like to provide a few things for my students: Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Socks, Headphones, Pencils, Crayons, and a notebook to keep at home.
My Project
If this project is funded I will be able to give students toothbrush, toothpaste, pencils, pencil sharpener, gum, notebook and crayons at the beginning of the year. I will also give each student a pair of socks at the beginning of the year.
I will also be able to give students socks when they come in without or with socks that have holes in them.
This project will help me insure that students basic needs are met, I have check in's with students every morning and this is the time I would see if they needed anything.
