My Project

Over my past 10 years of teaching, I have been fortunate enough to work within extra funded schools to be able to request items at no cost to the teacher.

This year I am accepting a position in a classroom without the current items that I have in my current classroom.

I would like to create a similar environment to my current classroom. It is a calm, inviting space that is welcoming to everyone. It is a space students want to be apart of, take pride in and help participate in taking care and ownership of their space.

Many of the items requested are for help organizing new materials as I am starting a new year as a 4th grade teacher. I would like items to organize books, create a reading space, organize teaching materials and offer flexible seating options throughout the classroom. Lastly, I've included a couple of digital cards to Teachers Pay Teachers. I would like to invest in products for support implementing curriculum and monthly bundles (google slides, bulletin sets and morning work aligned to standards) to create excitement and help foster engagement.

My hope is I could have the items to create this new space for this coming school year, as I will be spending time through the summer working to create this space.
