It has been difficult to navigate this area, especially looking at the way technology and social media are taking us. Then when COVID-19 hit, it just exposed and exacerbated the mental health in America even more so.
Most of the tools requested in this project will help our students navigate their feelings, how to appropriately interact with each other, and in essence how to be themselves to feel a sense of belonging in their communities. It is so important that we teach our students these skills for them to have success in the future.
