Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My kindergarten students come from low income families. We are in a Title I school with a huge majority getting free/reduced lunch. I currently have 24 students: 12 girls and 12 boys. Many students also come from single parent homes. Most of the students ride the bus to and from school as there isn't much neighborhood housing. There is always potential for getting more students in the class. I have room for 28 students. My students are busy and eager to learn.

My students are amazing!

They have great hearts and are such good friends. We have an awesome community built within our classroom.

Each child in my classroom deserves the best, and that is what I am striving to give them.

My Project

My students are in need of a class set of good headphones. Our district has required all students to complete online learning as a part of our curriculum. Unfortunately the headphones on our campus are all broken, or parents can't afford to provide them for school use.

Your donation will provide our class a set of new, fully-functioning, usable headphones for online learning.

Please consider helping make our students' day just a little better!

It would be amazing to have each student have the exact same model and type of headphone to make our online learning experience more successful! Thank you!
