My Students

The students in my classroom are excited to learn new things.

They have very diverse learning needs.

I teach in a Title l school. I have students that receive speech services and special education services due to learning disabilities. About 85 % of them receive free lunch.

My students love hands-on activities to learn. Using hands-on projects and art keeps my students engaged in learning activities and they are motivated to learn. Please help me to give them the best education possible. They deserve it!

My Project

Technology is an important part of the world today. Most of us couldn't live without it. Many of my students don't have access to technology that can be used for learning. This technology will also be used in the workplace when they are adults. Today's students need to become proficient in using more than a cell phone.

If each student had their own Chromebooks to use in the classroom, the possibilities would be endless!

Students could interact simultaneously during the lessons being taught. They would be more engaged in learning. Many doors would be opened for them. A world of knowledge would be at their fingertips and they could take more ownership of their learning.

Technology isn't going away. It will continue to evolve. We need to prepare our children for this ever changing world!
