My Students

The students in our school come from a broad range of ethnic backgrounds, incomes, and different abilities in social, emotional, and academic needs.

At our school, we believe that all children have a right to high-quality care and education.

It is our philosophy that children learn best when they are provided opportunities to interact with developmentally appropriate materials in a rich, well-planned environment. Children are encouraged to explore their world, ask questions, share information, form concepts, and build social skills to prepare foundations for later learning. A multitude of hands-on learning materials are available to meet each child’s needs and to encourage each child to build concrete experiences that help use current knowledge to develop new knowledge.

My Project

Our kiddos love to build and create using lots of different materials. We love to foster their imaginations and creativity and feel the materials in this project will help with strengthening this already developing skill.

We are true believers that children learn through play.

Having these materials will not only help them to learn to build and create a variety of things, but they also learn to plan, problem solve, and communicate with their peers.

In addition to these building materials, we are requesting laminating sheets to help with our continuing use of picture exchange communication and classroom labels, as well as more toy cars and car ramps to add to our block area.
