My Project
Welcome to our classroom! My project is for a three-piece couch. The three pieces fit together to make a welcoming U-shaped reading area. This year, I am focusing on fostering a love for books. Next week, we will talk about what it means to be a voracious reader. One of the main points of this strategy is to make time in their day when they can sit with a good book and read, read, read, read. I would love to have to have these couches in my classroom for my students to enjoy.
They would make the perfect area for my students to snuggle in with a book and be a voracious reader.
I want them to read as much as they can. Read at home, read in the car, and read at school. The more they read, the more they will love books!
