My Students

This upcoming school year I will be working in Richmond Hill, New York at a wonderful school. My students are motivated, excited and eager to participate in a Physical Education class. I am looking to provide my students with the equipment necessary to help them receive a quality education in my Physical Education classes. I hope to make an impression on their lives, like my PE teachers did for me.

So far we make do with what we have but having the real equipment will help them understand the skills they are learning.

My Project

These nets (that change levels) will help teach my students the importance of team sports. The nets will also help improve their Throwing, Catching and Striking skills. Right now we are using a string. This can be tricky for many of my students.

A lot of my students would like to learn how to play net sports that way they can continue to play when they reach the Junior High Level.

By allowing my students to learn, play and continue to improve their skills, maybe this can be the spark they need to find something they enjoy in their future!
