My Project

Title: Voices of Our Generation

Objective:

The objective of the "Voices of Our Generation" podcast project is to provide high school students with a platform to express themselves and share their unique perspectives on various topics relevant to their lives. The project aims to encourage collaboration and creativity among the students, as well as develop their communication skills.

Format:

The podcast will consist of a series of episodes, with each episode featuring a different theme or topic. The students will work together in teams to research, write, record, and produce the episodes. The podcast will be made available online, allowing for a wider audience to listen and engage with the student's perspectives.

Timeline:

The project will take place over the course of one semester. The timeline will be broken down into the following phases:

Introduction and Ideation: Students will be introduced to the project and given an overview of the podcast format. They will then work in teams to brainstorm and research potential topics for their episodes.

Planning and Script Writing: Once the topics have been chosen, the teams will work on developing a detailed plan for their episode, including a script.

Recording and Editing: The teams will record their episodes and edit them to ensure high-quality production.

Publishing and Promotion: Once the episodes are complete, they will be published online and promoted on social media platforms to reach a wider audience.

Roles:

Each team will consist of 4-5 students, who will take on the following roles:

Host: responsible for leading the discussion and keeping the conversation flowing.

Researcher: responsible for researching the topic and providing background information for the episode.

Writer: responsible for developing the script for the episode.

Editor: responsible for editing the episode and ensuring a high-quality production.

Promoter: responsible for promoting the episode.
