My Project
In my special education classroom, some of my students are nonverbal and many face challenges with communication, emotional regulation, and focus. I am requesting a set of carefully chosen resources to help meet their unique needs. The AbleNet QuickTalker 7 AAC device will give nonverbal students a reliable way to express their needs and reduce frustration. The Solobo Toys Emotions Coin Drop and Sensory Body Sock will support emotional awareness and calming strategies for students who struggle with self-regulation. Phonics flash cards, sentence-building kits, and Montessori sorting toys will engage students in literacy and motor skill development through hands-on learning. Tools like EXPO dry erase markers and science stencils will make classroom activities more interactive and accessible for visual learners.
These resources are more than just classroom supplies—they are keys to inclusion.
