This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are a wonderful group of students who are always ready to learn and question the world around them! They are truly an inspiration for me every day to do my best to bring them engaging educational opportunities.

Second graders are always eager to learn when given the opportunity!

Our school is located in a low socio-economic area in South Carolina, where many of our students do not always have the same educational experiences available to them, like other elementary schools in our area.

Each child in my classroom truly loves to learn and do their absolute best each and every day!

My Project

This school year has been drastically different than any other. Technology has become an integral part of our classroom community. Notebooks are traveling to and from school now more than ever.

I am asking for school supplies to help keep my students engaged, focused, and learning instead of worrying about if they remembered to bring their necessary materials to class.

With a class set of notebooks and earbuds students will be able to complete their work at home and in the classroom. Please help my students by giving them access to basic school necessities that will help them succeed this school year!
