This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are amazing learners with diverse needs and strengths. In our self-contained classroom, visual supports are a vital part of how we communicate, teach routines, and help students engage with academic content. From visual schedules to vocabulary cards, behavior supports, and step-by-step task charts, visuals help my students understand the world around them.
A dedicated printer and cardstock would allow me to quickly create individualized visuals tailored to each student’s needs.
Having these tools in our classroom would make an immediate and lasting impact. My students thrive when they can see and interact with learning materials that are clear, colorful, and hands-on. With your support, I can create more of these essential resources to help them grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Thank you for considering a donation to our class. You’re helping us see, learn, and succeed—one visual at a time!
