My Students
Thank you for considering my Donor's Choose project! My students are smart, motivated, curious, and so much fun to work with everyday.
The students that I predominantly work with are speakers of languages other than English and learn best through visuals, manipulatives, flashcards, TPR and movement, and other fun ways!
Each item that I have requested is to better assist our students in learning the class content across multiple subject areas in English. Thank you!
My Project
Students who are speakers of languages other than English will be able to access the material that they are learning in class. I am requesting a printer to make colorful visuals to differentiate and scaffold their worksheets, flashcards to help them break down CVC words and gain confidence in reading individual words, beginners books to help them read their first books, and manipulatives to use during Math as well to count.
Through printed visuals, worksheets that are tailored to their unique learning needs, and manipulatives and flashcards to help them learn and read, our students will gain confidence and participate in their class.
