This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In this project I am asking for a light table, which is one of the best tools to improve and develop students' learning through sensorial and visual tasks.
Applying Malaguzzi's Philosophy, students will be able to experience and discover new ways of learning, developing their Math intelligence as well, with different manipulatives and sand.
"Every child has 100 languages, but we steal them 99" (Loris Malaguzzi, Poem). With these materials I will try to give back some of those languages to my students.
As children, they have to investigate and discover new ways of learning, and this light table will give them the opportunity to develop those skills.
