Visual Aids for Biology

Help me give my students educational posters to show them biology concepts, as many of my students are visual learners and these posters will help increase their retention.

My Project

My biology students are constantly asking questions about how things work and why living things are they way they are. Some of the concepts are best explained with pictures. My students have a variety of needs- specific learning disabilities and attentional difficulties. These posters are engaging and concise. They can help my students become more comfortable with new vocabulary by making it accessible to them every day when they enter the room. Some students have trouble staying seated through the whole class period so with these posters we can incorporate a gallery walk of learning so that students can get up and move- but still be using the time academically. It will also promote academic conversation between students because they will be able to talk to each other about what they see.
