My Project

Many of my students enjoy participating in art therapy projects. Art therapy has mental health benefits and can be very valuable in treating issues such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and even some phobias.

My students will create a vision board and scrapbook projects with positive affirmations, goals, and pictures of life events during the school year.

One of the best ways to remain focused on your goals and dreams is to create your own vision board. The vision board and scrapbook activity will help them to improve creativity, provide motivation, improve focus, and motivate them to be successful.
