Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

As a teacher in a low-income/high poverty school district, I see my students are faced with several challenges in and out of the classroom. What is amazing about my students is that they don't allow these hardships to stop them from being successful!

The students in my classroom are full of energy and very enthusiastic about learning!

Our school is a Title I school that serves students who come from a diverse set of backgrounds and experiences. For our students, rich classroom experiences are what lead them to their passions and future pursuits. We are a community of learners and thinkers who love a new challenge and embrace new things every day!

My Project

My students help each other daily! These amazing fifth graders discovered multiple brain power is the best way to learn. As an incentive for good grades, positive teamwork, building classmates confidence with academics/social growth, and sharing what they've learned with family, help me give my students what they love.

The PlayStation VR promotes friendly competition, cooperative learning, discussions, conflict resolutions, problem solving, and eye hand coordination, etc.

All these skills are necessary for molding productive students and productive citizens. The virtual reality will allow my students to see things like the Titanic and be able to go on a Space Safari and see things in real life!
