My Students
Our Norfolk, Virginia Pre-K students are amazing and resilient! We are located in a dedicated military town. All students have risk factors that qualify them for our program. I see the sparkle in their eyes when they login to the computer. Distance teaching is challenging, but with hands-on materials, we can help them thrive!
My Project
This project will help my virtual Pre-K students have art materials to explore at home. I find that art is therapeutic for many children and help them to process stress. So many of our children are experiencing stress with mandated virtual schooling. These materials will put smiles on their faces, love in their hearts, and learning in their brain!
Painting is a fun way to learn academics!
It is fun to paint letters, numbers, and shapes to show what we know! Painting in Pre-K instills a love of school and learning. Please help make this year a little extra special by helping us provide these materials to deserving children.
