Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I have 25 amazing and hardworking students in my PK class who love to explore and learn. We are an inclusion class with 2 Explore and 23 General Ed students. I work for a Title I school and most of the families of my students were greatly affected by the pandemic. Without having school materials, some of my students will have a hard time absorbing concepts thru virtual learning, and may have a hard time engaging.
My Project
My project will help my students make learning alphabets and numbers more fun and easy because of these tangible learning materials.This will aid them master some preschool concepts while they are at home learning. It will also be of great help for parents as they help their child. They'll have visuals of letters and numbers, especially when they do their daily assignments. We are hopeful that our class project will get funded to make virtual learning more fun and interesting. These will surely put a smile on my students' faces
