This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our students are learning from home through the online learning platform of seesaw. Some of our students are really struggling because they have no technology available and their only way of turning in and getting assignments is through a parent phone and parents are working to make ends meet in many cases.

My Project

This Lenovo laptop will be used for my students to connect virtually to lesson, activities and projects that are assigned to them at school or at home. Many of our students lack the technology at home to be able to experience online learning through activities, lessons, and projects. It is so important, now more than ever, that students are able to interact with technology in order to experience lessons, activities and projects that they otherwise may not get to experience. Technology opens the doors to a whole new way of learning that students need to experience.
