Help me give my students the gift of virtual field trips. The Google Expedition Kit will allow my students in this Title I urban school to venture outside of their reality via virtual tours.

My students are brave. They attend a Title I school. They circumnavigate through a complex life they did not choose for themselves. Their living environment is not deemed safe. Their reality makes me flinch and yet I can't let them down.
My students have hope.
I see it in their eyes as I speak to them. It lingers behind the stolen innocence where life's hard knocks left them for hopeless. My students have hope. I want to be a part of that.
Field trips to university campuses virtually will show my students what a college campus looks like from a virtual world. The one we live in now does not allow field trips.
The Google Expedition Kit will allow students to venture outside of their neighborhood to see what college campuses and student life look like.
In addition, students may explore the wonders of national parks like Yellowstone, The Grand Canyon and Yosemite. They would write about these beautiful natural wonders and witness the beauty for themselves in a spectacular display of virtual loveliness!
