Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I teach multiple grade level students with various personalities in a self-contained environment. I love that each one of my students are unique and require individualized education that is designed specifically for them. I love the joy and purpose they bring to my life. My students are wonderful individuals with the capability to conquer the world with the right support, guidance, and someone believing in their dreams. My students are special and each one has a purpose in this world. It is a pleasure to be a part of their journey in life.

My Project

The students will be able to design and create projects virtually on the computer and then transfer it the Cricut and with the help of the teacher and teachers assistants they will be able to see their project designs come to life.

The current pandemic has limited the access and creative capabilities for many students in the world.

The use of the materials in this project will help engage the students minds as well as foster creativity.

The students will be able to virtually design projects and creations and then with the use of the Cricut machine and Cricut cutter and assistance of classroom teachers actually see these creations come to life.

The Circut cutting machine will be utilized by the teacher to add the finishing touches on a student's design. It will teach the student how to possibly start an online business in the future as well as serve as an outlet for creativity.
