Help me give my students and their families virtual concerts during remote learning. Music ignites all areas of child development and skills for school readiness, including intellectual, social-emotional, motor, language, and overall literacy.

Our students at Bush Early Education Center are three and four year-old students. Our classrooms integrate children with special needs with those not requiring special services, with all children benefiting from the many unique opportunities this offers.
Typically, of our students learn through daily involvement in a variety of hands-on, participatory activities.
During COVID, it has been difficult to get students engaged when we are trying to maintain social distancing. Hands-on activities are all individualized and and sanitized often. Singing is at a minimum, and we know that students learn through music and movement. COVID has truly changed the way we teach.
Despite it all, our students come to school joyful, with their eyes full of wonder and ready to learn, even during a hybrid format.
Music ignites all areas of child development and skills for school readiness, including intellectual, social-emotional, motor, language, and overall literacy. It helps the body and the mind work together. Exposing children to music during early development helps them learn the sounds and meanings of words. During COVID, music and movement has been limited during hybrid learning. I would love to be able to share live music performances with my students and their families to share education, music and movement to their lives. "We Kids Rock" has been very well-received by our students in the past.
