Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

All my students are English language learners. They are mostly from economically disadvantaged families. Many of my students need help to get their basic needs met. I have students whose parents need to work two jobs to make ends meet.

My Project

In these unprecedented times, teachers are in need to now recreate their classroom in their own homes.

Due to the global pandemic that we are going through, I am in need technology to be able to present virtual lessons.

With my family members, who are also having to work and study from home, it presents a challenge to deliver virtual instruction to my students without the proper technology. I am also in need of other basic office supplies since we were unable to get everything we needed from our classrooms due to the Covid 19 virus restrictions.
