What I love about my students is everything! They are attending school in a county with the highest number of families considered to be in poverty. Yet, these students come to school with hope. They come to school with a light inside them eager to learn. They are each a different little human, different little soul, with different needs.
They have so many barriers, traumas, diagnoses, and now, COVID.
I need your help. They need to be able to focus, stay on task, and feel safe with the tools you help provide!
My Project
With the weather getting colder and our students having to remain inside, there is lots of talk about going virtual. Even though it's not ideal and it is hard on students being out of school, we can still reach them through highly engaging lessons.
Help me reach their minds.
With this amazing camera, this will allow me to give them visuals in learning what it is to be human. How important it is to feel and express our emotions.
These tools will benefit our students by still engaging them in beautiful visual learning. Virtual is a lot more difficult to keep young minds engaged due to the many distractions at home.
The document camera will help bring lessons on being kind, generous, caring, patient, and resilient to our young minds.
