My Project
I have a different behavior systems in place in my classroom. I like to reward my first graders for all of their hard work. One of the systems I have in place is the table challenge. This is to encourage my students to be good table mates and to work together. Last year I upped the ante by including a VIP caddy when a table wins the challenge. They get to have a fun caddy that has all different supplies than the rest of the tables. This behavior system goes on and on all year, so each table is able to earn the caddy multiple times a year.
I would love to restock my VIP caddy with fun crayons, colored pencils, clear glue, and erasers!
We are almost halfway through the school year, so the supplies I have are running out. My students love using the fun supplies, and I like to switch it up from time to time! They work together as a team to earn the VIP caddy!
