Help me give my students a nice clean colorful rug that is sanitary and big enough to fit all my students when I invite them to the rug for hands-on learning!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are curious, passionate, silly, sweet and affectionate! They enjoy meeting on the rug for story time, morning meeting, sharing time and other fun hands-on learning! Sometimes they like to lay down on the rug to calm themselves and meditate when they’re either too excited or too tired and exhausted from intense energetic learning. They enjoy sitting on the rug to share their stories, feelings and experiences with one another to start and end our day in our classroom.
My Project
I have 19 beautiful kindergartners who are always excited and eager to learn, especially when they are sitting on the rug. The only problem is the rug in my classroom is not big enough to fit all my students comfortably so they’re always fighting for space and it is so old, worn out and stained, it’s simply not sanitary and uninviting. Some refuse or hesitant to sit on the rug because of the quality of the rug. With this new rug that is vibrant, clean and spacious, children will be more willing to engage and learn effectively in a more comfortable, sanitary, inviting environment.
