This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
As per New York State Governor, Andrew Cuomo, all Pre-K-12 students will continue their distance learning through June, 2020. My students were excited to dissect piglets to compare the human body to other organisms. I have found that Carolina biological have a virtual Anatomy lab that could provide them with this exciting remote learning experience.

VH Dissector Virtual Anatomy Lab
As a science teacher, it is my wonderful duty to inspire the future scientists of tomorrow, as well as instill the love of the STEM in all I teach.
Among my 94 students, I had the privilege to start dissections to show them how the human body compares to other organism!
During this online learning, the VH Dissector is an interactive virtual anatomy laboratory built on real anatomical imaging from the Visible Human Project®.
It provides students with a realistic, active learning experience not found in other illustrated virtual anatomy products. The VH Dissector also includes a complete lab guide for online anatomical teaching with self-assessment quizzes, clinical correlations, and a variety of additional content for various educational levels regardless of the turbulent times we are currently experiencing.
