My Project

Students will use whiteboards daily in math class. The whiteboards will promote critical thinking, perseverance, and collaboration. The book "Building Thinking Classrooms" by Peter Liljedahl discusses the value of whiteboards in which students would stand up at, rather than work sitting in their seats.

Using whiteboards will allow students to take risks in their learning because they can easily erase mistakes.

This will also help students become more engaged in their learning. My goal would be to develop students who aren't afraid of challenges and can work through difficult problems!
