Vernier LabQuest to Go Mobile

Help me give my students to be able to use precision measuring equipment in these experiments and analyze the data that is produced with Vernier LabQuests!

My Project

This grant would allow our students to take the next step in designing their own experiments. Lab Quests would allow our anatomy students to go mobile and test their heart and respiratory rates, blood pressures, and temperatures while they are using exercise equipment in the weight room. It would also help chemistry students take their water testing to the water sampling sites, instead of bringing the water to the classroom. Students would be able to design experiments that use more than one probe at a time to collect data. If multiple groups want to use the same kind of probe, it would allow them to run experiments with freedom, instead of having to design their experiment around the type of probe or data collection devise that is currently available to them. Chemistry classes and biology classes would be able to use data collection equipment on the same day instead of having to change the curriculum schedule because of equipment availability.
