Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
We are students in the Chicago Public Schools and go to high school on the south side. We are one of two CPS school in the Virtual Enterprise program and are in our 2nd year of the program.
Our company slogan is "You Imagine It, We Make It."
In the VEI program we have created our own virtual company that sells custom 3d products. We have been working to promote our 3d printing company by creating marketing materials so that we may compete at local competitions.
My Project
These students will use the supplies to create promotional materials for their company. It will allow them to further their creativity by not online creating the items digitally and through the computer, but by also creating physical items as well.
The students have thus far been doing most things "virtually" and by having something tangible for them to create, hopefully this will motivate them to take more pride in their company and their work.
The hope is for them to use these products and show off their work to the students, staff, and families of Goode. We appreciate any support for this project.
