This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students will be using these seeds in Biology and Garden Club. Throughout the year we will be planting seeds in our garden, our hydroponic system and aeroponic system. The goal is to teach students to learn how to grow their own food.

Students will grow their seeds at school and then finishing the growing process and harvesting process at home.

Teaching students various methods of growing our food will be critical for our future as the temperature continues to rise on Earth. Human beings will have to adapt in terms of the methods they use to grow food in a changing environment.
