My Project
With recent budget cuts in our district, the custodial staff has been cut, resulting in more work for fewer staff. I have 25 energetic fourth graders who want to help out. Together we came up with a jobs program, with each student taking on a role to keep our classroom running smoothly. The "Vacuum Cleaner" was the most sought-after job!
Classroom jobs help students feel valued and included in the learning environment and allow them to take responsibility for their community.
A reliable, quality vacuum cleaner will support my students in accomplishing their tasks, resulting in a cleaner, more welcoming environment for learning. My students are passionate learners and deserve the best conditions possible!
