Using My Wiggles to Learn

My students need Flex-Space Wobble Chairs to stay focused during reading groups and individualized time working with their teacher.

My Students

My students live in an area known to house students who have needs outside of school that can not always be met. At school, I try to provide my students with a warm and comfortable atmosphere where they do not have to experience lack of learning due to lack of resources.

My 3rd graders are sweet, full of energy, curious, and eager to learn new things.

If I can provide them with a classroom where they can focus and forget challenges outside of our four walls, then I have done my job.

My Project

Young children are often expected to work from their desks in chairs that tend to be uncomfortable. One thing a lot of people forget it that young children learn best when moving. As an adult, I tend to focus on what is making me uncomfortable instead of staying focused on the task I should be working on.

These Flex-Space Wobble Chairs provide an opportunity for my students to move around in a way that is less distracting and still be focused on my small group lesson.

These seats provide a safe and comfortable learning environment for students to move, listen, and work.
