Using Computer Tablets to Differentiate Instruction

My Students

Learning to read can be difficult. All of us had to do it. The Nabi tablet will allow all of my students to learn on their own level in a fun, engaging way. It will motivate the most reluctant learners with the technology that interests them.

The students who arrive in my class come from many different backgrounds.

I have students who can read three grade levels above and students who don't have a solid grasp of the alphabet. The computer tablet will allow me to differentiate instruction so the lower level student and the higher level student don't realize they are working on different things. This makes everyone eager to learn.

My Project

The majority of my students come from lower income families and they don't have the resources to buy technology for their home. The Nabi 2 is a computer tablet that will allow my students to feel empowered with the latest technology to assist them with reading. Our school district is a very small district with limited funding resources. Your donation will allow me to implement technology into my lessons.
