My Project

My students are the best and deserve the best! Having an iPad in the classroom will allow me to step up my teaching game and reach all my unique learners!

To start, I will be able to utilize educational apps for students who have areas of need.

Apps such as Google Translate, Prodigy and IXL for math review and foundational skills and phonics practice apps will be accessible to my kiddos during one on one and small group intervention. I will be able to interactively work with them on the iPad to help them reach their academic goals. I will be able to access the internet, grab quick pictures for EL students to enhance vocabulary, while still displaying my main lesson on my larger TV. All of which will help my lessons flow nicely while reaching all types of learners.

Lastly, I feel that the communication between school and home is crucial for student success. Being able to utilize apps, for myself, such as ClassDojo, and being able to move freely around the classroom with the iPad, will make that home connection a flawless process.
