My Project

My students are tech-savvy and very eager to participate in project-based learning. This Cricut cutting machine and heat press will allow them to turn their own designs into vinyl cutouts, which will make their ideas come to life. Since we are always doing STEAM projects, these materials will allow my students to add even more artistic design to their projects, and make them appear more professional. My students will be able to take their graphic designs to the next level while learning new technology skills that can help them succeed in the future.

Designing and creating vinyl cutouts is a skill that can help all students become creators of new things and demonstrate their creativity at the same time.

Jobs of the future are going to look different than they do today, it is our job to provide our future generations with skills, so that they might be able to start their own small businesses. These skills are heavily dependent on access to and familiarity with technology. Please help me provide a Cricut cutting machine, heat press, and vinyl materials to my class, so they can learn to be the creators of the future.

In sixth grade, our students study space science and find patterns in the sky. With this machine, the students could bring their ideas to create constellation patterns on our classroom ceiling to help understand the patterns we see in the night sky.
