This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are all eager to learn every day they enter the classroom. They are a sweet group of 10 bilingual Latino students, some born here and others who are newcomers.

I will use these tools to practice writing sentences and tracing letters.

I will also use them for math class when students use base 10 grids writing with numbers. This is less wasteful and allows students to easily make mistakes and correct them on the spot.

The paper cutter will be very helpful to expedite prepping classroom materials so I can have more time to think about improving my lessons.
