My Project

I teach in a special education self-contained classroom with eight students in kindergarten through second grade. I have 6 boys and 2 girls in my classroom. We are currently using "Made for Me Literacy" as our curriculum. This curriculum requires a set list of children's books that go along with the activities in my curriculum. I am requesting these children's books in order to allow my students to fully benefit from this literacy curriculum. Every month, we will focus on two books. For the month of January, we will read "The Worrysaurus" and "The Very Cranky Bear". The lessons this month focus on learning about our emotions.
