Updating an Outdated Library!

Help me give my students new library tables to work at and read at while in the library.

My Students

My students are special because they are all so eager to share life tidbits. Eager to listen to me read to them, eager to learn how to use the card catalog to find books, and eager to help a fellow student find a book when they have learned how. All for one and one for all seems to be their underlying belief.

I see all students, Kindergarten through 4th grade each week.

It gives me great pleasure to help students find books they want to read!

My Project

My project involves updating the library. Students deserve a vibrant and updated space to learn the love of reading and how to use a library! The library is currently home to some dark tables and chairs from the 1980s.

Providing students with bright, colorful tables energizes, and makes students more alert, reduces anxiety and tension, and provides a welcoming atmosphere where students are ready to learn.

Replacing dark tables with vibrant colored tables is our kick-off to giving new life to the library! Thank you for your investment in our students for years to come!
