My Project

We have had an ever increasing number of recently arrived students joining our class with a varying background in English and academic experiences. By having more up to date texts and varying levels, we can better support the students in our language classes and differentiate to meet their linguistic needs. This curricula supports with providing structure and routines that help students with their reading and writing skills. When we provide meaningful texts to students that they can connect with, we can have higher engagement and authentic connection to the material. We hope that these resources will support our students as they navigate through the newness of US schools and the English language.
