My Project
The addition of three Chromebooks will transform the learning experience in my 2nd-grade classroom, fostering both academic growth and financial literacy. These devices will enable a more personalized approach to learning, where students can practice math fluency, engage in math small group instruction, and explore financial concepts in a modern, interactive environment—without relying on outdated worksheets.
With the Chromebooks, I can provide true differentiated instruction.
Students will use tailored math and financial literacy applications that guide them along their unique learning paths, helping them strengthen skills at their own pace. These programs will introduce foundational financial concepts—such as budgeting, saving, and responsible spending—while reinforcing core math skills.
Students can watch instructional videos, practice math facts, and reinforce classroom lessons with activities that mirror what I teach. By blending these essential financial skills with math instruction, we’ll be setting them on a path toward both academic and financial success in the future.
