My students need Parrot Mambo drones to work collaboratively to learn and manipulate code in their brand new coding class!

My Students

We are the first coding class EVER at our school! Our class is so excited to explore computer science using HTML and Java script! We are a diverse classroom with various learning styles who would benefit from trending and innovative technologies.

My students would use coding technology to collaborate and solve real-world problems with the use of Parrot Drones.

Help us to "rise up" and "soar" to new heights as we learn and develop a firm foundation in computer science! (The second semester class have been identified as having 28% of students ECD.)

My Project

All teachers know hands-on projects inspire, motivate and engage students! The implementation of drones in our coding class will offer students the ability to use 21st century learning skills to work collaboratively to program Parrot drones using Tynker software.

Students will develop an understanding of the many uses of drones in today's society and brainstorm how they can be used in the future.

They will work in groups to set goals, develop a course of action, solve problems and ultimately reach their intended target!

Students will evaluate and reflect on their results as they complete each task during this project-based learning unit!
