The giant bricks, cones, and other requested materials will allow me the flexibility to create a variety of obstacle courses, customized for the needs of each grade and ability level.
I see all 500 of our students each week for 30 minutes at a time and their physical ability levels range dramatically.
Because these materials can be manipulated into a variety of configurations, I can more easily address the diverse needs of our population to help ALL students gain benefit from improved physical coordination and flexibility.
So many children today spend countless hours in front of a screen and high interest, physical challenges are needed to help them develop skills necessary to achieve healthy lifestyles. This is my goal in requesting these materials.
