This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We have purchased a new foundational skills program that incorporates the latest research on the science of reading, and a critical component of this is access to iPads for assessment and learning. We are very careful to limit our use of technology in younger grades to only the most important things.

These iPads will enable us to provide personalized targeted learning.

Students will have access to our interactive foundational skills curriculum as well as digital libraries with texts at varied reading levels. Features like audio narration and word highlighting will support struggling readers, enhancing comprehension and fluency.

By investing in this project, donors will directly impact our students' academic success and lifelong learning. Thank you for considering our request to help young readers thrive.
