Through professional development opportunities, I will acquire advanced skills in integrating technology effectively, which will enable me to create more engaging and interactive lessons.

For instance, I plan to implement digital tools that support differentiated instruction, allowing me to tailor lessons to meet the diverse needs of my students. This personalized approach will ensure that each student can work at their own pace and receive the support they need to excel.

Furthermore, my focus will be on developing competencies in data-driven instruction.
